"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

Uso o Adobe Illustrator. Boa parte do mercado para nós, iniciantes, usa o CorelDRAW. Mas eu sou fanboy da Adobe e digo pra usar o Illustrator porque ele é MUITO melhor u_u
Claro, o CorelDRAW é um programa válido, dá pra fazer muita coisa. Mas eu prefiro o AI, mesmo xD.
Ambos são pagos, mas dá pra baixar piratamente, como eu Mas tem um programa gratuito, já vi bastante gente usar, se chama Inkscape. Não posso dizer nada concreto, pois nunca usei. Mas pelo que vi, é bom.
Claro que, no fim, quem usa é muito mais importante do que o programa usado.
